Relax in the country! Perfect for a family of 4. Come experience trailer life and enjoy the tranquil setting and observe bald eagles in flight. This cozy, new travel trailer comes with a queen size bed and 2 oversized twin bunks, indoor kitchen and an outdoor BBQ, dining area and bathroom. Minutes from Bigfork and Flathead Lake, 30 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from Whitefish, and 45 minutes from Glacier National Park. Strictly no smoking of any kind inside or out and no pets allowed. The space The space is a 2022 - 26 foot travel trailer with a single slide out and attached motorized awning. The queen bed has privacy doors that can be pulled closed. The oversized twin bunks are at the opposite end of the trailer. The table and sofa make into beds if the bunk beds are not desirable. Outside, there is a private gravel area with a gas BBQ, a picnic table, and two adirondack chairs to relax and watch the sunset and various types of nature surrounding you. Guest access You will have access to the entire trailer and the designated outdoor space. Guests can use the grassy field beyond the gravel area to throw a frisbee, a football or other game if desired. There is no access to do laundry on site. Guests who need to wash clothes will need to use a laundromat. There is one located within three miles of the property in town: The American Bigfork Laundromat. Other things to note This is a trailer. So, it can be cozy for those not experienced with trailers or tiny houses. There is no dishwasher, all dishes must be washed by hand. There is no flushing toilet. Guests must hold down the peddle to be sure enough water passes down to flush out the waste. The toilet dumps directly to our septic system, so guests will not have to worry about black water and gray water tanks. Guests must leave the button to the hot water tank "on" at all times. It is labeled and marked as to which direction is "on" in the bathroom. The tank is smaller than a standard water tank for homes. Thus, there will not be enough hot water to have several showers in a row. There is a 31" tv in the trailer that has a five air channels. If you want to stream shows during your visit, the best way would be to bring your own device. There is a motorized awning that is controlled by a panel to the right of the door. The awning should be pulled back in each time guests leave for the day and can be reopened upon your return. The awning should be not extended in extra windy weather. We ask that the awning not stay out while you are gone in case a strong wind comes through. Strong winds can damage the awning. This property is a a rural, farming, ranching setting. There are pastures on the property that could hold horses, cows, pigs, or lambs depending on the time of year. There is also a chicken coop on the property year round. Neighboring pastures also contain farm animals.
