The Abiding Place offers between one to four guests the entire place to themselves. This is a secure (900) square foot 2-bedroom, one full bathroom and the complete kitchen, dinning area, and living room built in 2022. Our professional housekeeper and landscaper live nearby and take care of other properties as well. Strictly for security purpose and safety we have (6) Exterior Ring Cameras and (5) Blink Cameras located on the outside eves and exterior walls of the all four sides of the home. There are no cameras of any kind inside the house. The Nahalehu Police Department and Ocean View Police Substation are in good communications and video forwarding to keep guest safe during their stays inside the home and while they leave their belongs inside the house and are out exploring The Big Island. We ask that please not wear any outside foot wear inside the house. Please help us to conserve water and electric during your stay. When utilizing the washer and dryer; please keep the top and bottom latch or door securing during use as the winds in Ocean View change quickly and could easily damage the doors. We are on water catchment and septic tanks system with modern toilet tanks, dishwasher, and washing machine. Our community does not offer mail service to home and no trash pickup services are offered in Ocean View either. We have two trash/recycle disposal locations between Ocean View and Kona. One location is about 1.5 miles from Ocean View on the left as you head toward Kona.
