The house is located on the commuter rail train line which can be a little noisy and even rattle the house a bit, but our infant and toddler sleep right through it. Just in case, we provide a white noise machine for any sensitive sleepers! In only a 5 minute walk down the street and a 20 minute train ride into the city, you can be enjoying the sights and sounds of Boston. We do offer a large computer monitor on the desk in the bedroom along with wifi so that you can stream your own collection of shows and movies at your leisure. Additionally, we provide a fun collection of books, games, puzzles, music, and access to the great outdoors :) This is the owner’s unit of a two-family home (second floor). Each unit has its own in-unit laundry, front and back entrance with locks, yard space, and private decks. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed. One off-street parking spot is available for your use.
