Spacious Entire 1 Bed. Apartment w/King Bed

Our Pre-War newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is a respite from the busy city. We have a 45 min access to Manhattan by travelling by Bus centrally located in the Town of North Bergen, 6 miles away from Times Square. Public transportation and restaurants are steps away from the door. WiFi High Speed Internet. We have an amazing neighborhood in it's own right. We have wonderful restaurants and cafe's all within walking distance. The space Typically we rent the library as a guest room; however this listing is for the ENTIRE apartment. You will have the place to yourself during your stay. This is an apartment that has a cat who lives in it when the apt isn't being used on Airbnb. The entryway stairs are under-construction. It is safe; just not at all aesthetically appealing. A bit rough around the edges is what we like to say. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The bedroom is set up as a King bed. We have window A/C in the summer, and heat as needed. We have a Nest for ease of heat adjustment right by the guest room. If you need anything else prior to your arrival, please let me know. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower/tub, sink and cabinet with a mirror and extra towels. The tub is bleached between guests so if you feel the need for a bath by all means. The fully furnished kitchen has cookware, dining ware, and basic household supplies and condiments. Appliances are all open for your use. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your meals. Please note we don't have a microwave or a dishwasher. Total honesty and I can't star this enough so you are prepared if you are driving: Parking is hard to get after 6pm. There is no guarantee you will have a spot. We are just outside of NYC so there is a reason for the parking issues. About 25% of the time we have a parking spot available for an extra fee. However please message us before booking to make sure that's available if it's a requirement for you. ** Free Wi-Fi ** Ironing board & iron also available for your convenience. We were able to restore the original one. It's pretty freaking cool. ** Fresh, clean towels, linen & toiletries provided. ** We accommodate late and early arrivals if able. Guest access Self-Check may be avaliable. There is street parking; however you will need to purchase a 5$ overnight sticker every night you want to stay over. There is a 24/7 parking ticket machine about 7 blocks away. It takes on average 10-15 min to find a spot after 6pm. It's not easy but it's not impossible. For and additional $25 a night you can use our indoor garage space that fits one car. It will require downloading an app so that you can gain access to open and close the door. The app is the only way to gain access. You must reach out prior to booking to ensure its available.
