The space We are 1/2 block from the center of the beach and boardwalk. We have chairs, bikes, kayaks, and grill for your use. Four beach badges come with your rental. Guest access We take pride in offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please review and follow our house rules to ensure a great experience. The Property: - The stairs are shared, the laundry on second floor is shared. -There are parking spaces for 2 cars per unit. - The Weber grill is shared, it is rarely used. -There are outside showers and beach chairs available for guests. Booking & Guests -Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Please note: -This home is an attached property and shares walls and exteriors. Please be respectful of neighbors, do not create disturbances or make excessive noise. -Ocean City has noise ordinance of 10pm - 8 am. -There are not parties, events or large gatherings permitted. -No smoking or vaping on the property. This will result in a $500 dollar fine. Other things to note Please park in the rear of the building. Park one car in front of the other. PS. our parking did not flood during Hurricane Sandy.
