Rising Wolf Ranch is a guest ranch built in 1928. This historic ranch offers incredible accommodations for large groups, plus a close proximity to Glacier National Park! Activities surrounding the ranch include trout fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, backpacking, camping, and horseback riding. Rising Wolf Ranch is a great base location to enjoy the many activities involved with Glacier National Park and the Badger Two Medicine area of the Lewis and Clark National Forest! The space We rent Rising Wolf Ranch by the week, check in Sunday, check out Saturday. Typically renters are taking the whole ranch, however there are occasionally opportunities to rent only 1 of the 2 main buildings for smaller groups. It is best to contact the owner to discuss the specifics of the ranch, and your groups needs before finalizing booking. We do offer food for your group for an additional cost. You can cook yourself, or hire our professional chef to prepare meals for you. Hiring the chef is also an additional charge, if interested contact the owner. Most of our guests take advantage of this service and are very happy they did! Guest access Rising Wolf Ranch is pretty remote. About 2 miles off of Hwy 2 between West and East Glacier. There is a GPS Map location, if you search "Rising Wolf Ranch". The road into the ranch is in very good shape and is fine for normal 2 wheel drive cars. Plenty of parking space is provided. Other things to note Rising Wolf Ranch is a very special place where your family or group can renew or build relationships. You get the whole ranch to yourselves to hike, play games, sing karaoke, or just lie in the hammock. There are lots of activities near by with the east entrance of the park only about 10 min away. There is great fishing on the property (catch and release), or head to the renowned Blackfeet reservation to try for a trophy Rainbow trout! You can also float portions of the Middle Fork of the Flathead river which offers great fishing, or if you prefer exciting white water. This is a trip your group or family will never forget. Most of our clients have been coming year after year because you just can't get this sort of experience anywhere else.
