Long wide 360 ft private beach for just you and 3 cottages. The space Your cottage is nestled in the trees with bay views. The beach stairs are about 300 ft from your cottage. You have your own private large beach that is only for the 3 cottages and the main house. From your beach you can walk out 1 mile straight out at low tide and pick up shells from the ocean floor. This place is a beach walkers dream. You can walk along the beach in either direction for miles. Low tide is the perfect place for young children and families. The bay is much warmer than the National seashore and in the bay the waves are very gentle and safe. There is so much to explore. Brewster is a beautiful safe uncrowded town with great restaurants. All of the photos listed were taken on the property. The Cottage: There is an eat in porch, with dining table and chairs and a comfortable rocker and chair. The small Master bedroom has a double bed. You can see the water and hear the waves at high tide from your bed. The second bedroom has a cool foam double bed. There is a small full bath . The full kitchen has granite counters, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, table and chairs. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. There is a second small private porch off the kitchen that overlooks the bay and the large main house. Guest access The Gazebo has one of the best sunset views in the east. There are 3 rental cottages. We have 3 rental cottages on the bluff. There is a large wide clean beach. When the tide is high the water will be over your head and at low tide you can walk out a mile. There is a large yard and beautiful hydrangea bushes in the summer and Montauk daisy bushes in the fall. Other things to note These are old style and simple 'housekeeping' cottages. That means that renters bring all their own linens, sheets, & towels and leave the place broom clean.
