The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms with games and lots of room to relax. There is a chair in each room if need alone time. The space The house is perfect for visiting historic Plymouth, beautiful bay-side Plymouth, Boston, Cape Cod, and the islands. Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower II, whale watching, Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Country Club, golf courses, Colony Place outdoor shopping mall, King Richard's Fair, as well as tons and tons of waterfront restaurants. It is close to Boston and Logan Airport. 15-20 minutes to the Cape without the traffic! Decorated with local artwork and vintage finds, you'll enjoy the casual, seaside vibe. This house holds 6 people only. All guests and dogs must be disclosed upon booking. Having any additional or unauthorized guests is cause to have your reservation cancelled immediately and without refund. A Video Surveillance camera will monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. This is a completely non-smoking property, no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. The place has high speed internet (300Mbps), 4K TV, cable (40+ channels via Sling Television app on Fire Stick/LG Smart TV), Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Hulu, CBS, and Disney+. Guest access Guests enjoy the house, back yard with deck, lots of chairs and firepit. With only an eight minute walk from the beach, you might not see the inside of the house that often! Garage and down stairs laundry are open for your use. Other things to note Dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 per stay. They are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and should not be left alone in the house without being crated. LIMIT: One large or two small dogs. There is a $250 fee if you do not pick up your dogs poo.
