This 17-acre getaway is perfect for family and friends. Enjoy sitting in the spacious hot tub, showing you the best view of the mountains. The main bedroom offers a king-size pillow top mattress, walk in closet with an adjoining master full bathroom. The first guest room has a comfortable queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and plenty of space for your belongings. The "kids" room offers bunk beds, the bottom bunk has a full-size mattress, and the top is a twin. The main bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, farmhouse style sink and fresh fluffy towels. Bathrooms offer hair dryer, hand soap, body soap and shampoo. The living space offers a beautiful rock fireplace with a propane insert, large 60” TV, two leather recliners, leather sofa along with a cozy two chair ottoman area. We offer Wi-Fi, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV. A landline is available for local and emergency calls, but to call long distances a calling card is required. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar, new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, gas (propane) range. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, toaster, mixer, blender etc. We also offer an outdoor kitchen with both a Pit Boss flat top grill and Traeger pellet grill. Enjoy meals outside at the counter height table or the two picnic tables that are provided. The large deck offers a fire pit with comfortable seating for 4, overlooking Petty Creek and the Sheep Mountain range. Enjoy many hiking trails, the mountain to the back is part of the property so hike away or explore other hiking trails through Petty Creek Mountain ranges.
