Bus stop directly in front of apartment. 25 minute train ride to Times Square NYC. ***PARKING there are 2 parking spots within the gate for 3 units. Parking within the gate is first come first serve per booking. Meaning the person with the earliest check-in will be first. Street parking is always available. ***There is a 0 tolerance for parties or events, and no smoking inside. If any such activity takes place we will know right away and cancel reservation with no refund. This also applies to guest who show up unannounced. Other things to note No pets.
