This brand new single level condo accommodates up to 4 guests:  Primary Bedroom: King size bed with Temperpedic mattress 2nd Bedroom: Two TwinXL beds that can be combined to make a King with a topper.  The air conditioned open concept living area with dining table, large desk, and supersized sectional couch is perfect for your indoor times. Very fast Wifi is included and is great for streaming, or for those video calls to friends and family back home. The home also includes a large desk workspace. The ultimate flexibility is yours for meal time - for those wishing to prepare their own meals, a gourmet kitchen awaits. Induction Cooktop, Miele oven and microwave and SubZero Fridge and wine fridge along with basic oils and spices ensure you're able to prepare a gourmet meal. Or, steps away, enjoy meals at one of the Hapuna Restaurants. Guests also have the ability to order room service. A short drive (hotel shuttle maybe available) take in the neighbor Mauna Kea Beach Hotel restaurants. (Reservations for all hotel restaurants are highly recommended).  The home has central AC and Free WiFI. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
