It's only half a mile from the Princeton Shopping Center, where you can find a supermarket, New York Sports Club, Bon Appetite Gourmet Market, Chopt Salad, freeB Bus and more. My home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space My beautiful Historic First floor 1330 sq ft condo ( it’s a part of the house with two condos - First and Second floor ) is located on a quiet street with the comfort of new furniture, free WiFi, cable TV, and brand new appliancies. You will immediately feel at home in one of the 2 bedrooms w/Den as a third BR being a Walk-through. It comes with 2 parking spaces (regular size vehicles) and brand new Fujitsu heating and cooling system in every room. The spacious and friendly place will be a great home for each member of your family. Relax and enjoy :) As a Vacation Airbnb rental home with two units - First Floor and Second Floor Condos, they are potential to the noise (steps, loud voices, vacuum sound, moving chairs and etc..) because are located in the same house. We have apartments/condos and private homes on Airbnb platform for you to choose based on your comfort level. We keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡 Guest access Feel free to access the entire condo on the first floor. Other things to note Our Vacation rental homes are located in private residential areas. We ask you to be respectful to all neighbors and be quite between 10pm- 8 am. The whole Property is No Smoking, No Parties or Big Events!!! We have a grill and cleaning tool for your convenience ( we don’t supply propane and you can get it at any gas station).
