Rustic cottage with spectacular beach views

Nice 4 bedroom, 2 bath with central A/C and awesome panoramic views. Enter to the main level with a living area a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed (2 twins) and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full bath on this level. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a full bath. Bedroom 1 has double beds and sliders to the deck. The other bedroom has 2 bunk beds, both with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. It is a rustic cottage, rooms don’t offer closets. The space This is a true gem tucked away on the Cape. This family cottage boasts plenty of space with spectacular views where you can enjoy quiet and peace. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Your reservation will grant access to the private island beach. The road are compact dirt so some rough terrain is expected. Access on and off of the island could be impacted by tide. Please refer to the Wellfleet tide chart to coordinate. Guest access Guests have access to entire property along with miles of private undisturbed beach access only for those residents of Lieutenants Island! Since the cottage is on an island make sure to search the internet for tide charts in Wellfleet, MA. This will aid in accessing the island and cottage. Other things to note LINENS & TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED Please be advised that this cottage is on Lieutenants Island in Wellfleet. (See Map for detail). There is only one way on and off the island and we recommend viewing the tide chart for you to plan your arrival time. Our property is a cottage and not a house. Please contact us for more details.
