Hackensack is truly a City in motion with a plethora of eateries, Hackensack Performing Arts Center and local conveniences. The space This newly renovated and homey place will give you the amenities of a hotel but with more space and at a better value. Located on the 1st floor so ideal for those who don’t want to deal with stairs. You get 2 very large bedrooms with new and very comfortable 12” mattresses, bathroom, tastefully decorated with modern touches. There are 2 Sealy posturepedic 12” Queen sized beds, 2 side tables and 5 drawer chest in first bedroom. In the equally large second bedroom, there are 2 full sized beds paired with 2 side tables as well as working desk w/chair. No arguments needed over the TV as there are TVs in both bedrooms as well as living room, in case you want to stay indoors and chill. Large closet in each bedroom. Your group is guaranteed a well rested night’s sleep. Fully equipped and brand new kitchen with gas range, full sized fridge w/freezer, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine. Lounge in the comfortable sofas in the living room. Eat in kitchen with dining table. Parking for 1 vehicle on premises. Street parking also readily available if you have more than 1 vehicle. Guest access Your group will have the entire place to themselves plus parking for 1 vehicle in an assigned space. Free and easy street parking if u have additional vehicle. You have access to 2 x-large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Living room, eat-in-kitchen with dining area and laundry. Fast WiFi for those working remotely Location is a fast and easy commute to anywhere, I-80, I-95, Rte 4, Rte. 46, GSP, NJ transit train & bus to NY 5 mins away. Other things to note This place is a condo with shared walls, so yes, you may hear another guest talking or walking if the adjacent condo is occupied at the time you are staying. If you think there is excessive noise coming from another guest’s condo, you need to let me know so I can try my best to rectify, otherwise I have no way of knowing. If you are traveling with a large group and this one place cannot accommodate everyone, please check with me to see if my other 2 condos in same location are available. Must be 25+ to book. For guests needing to stay longer than 28 days, please contact me prior to booking to confirm guest count and desired length of stay. Stays of 28 nights or more will incur an additional $100 cleaning charge. For long-term stays (28 nights or more), I will only accommodate guests that are 25 or older and a maximum of 4 guests. Any unpermitted late checkouts will be charged at $50/30mins slot. Late checkouts after 12pm will incur an additional night stay. Please be respectful of check-in and check-out times. Thanks!
