The space is distinguished by its high ceilings and lots of natural lights which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The loft area, situated above the main area of the space, features a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The main area of the space includes a cozy couch, dining table with seating for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen, with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. There's also a private bathroom with a shower and tub, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. We're pleased to offer high-speed WiFi, so you can stay connected during your stay. There are two parking spots available in our driveway, with plenty of street parking available if you need it. Our quiet family neighborhood is just a short walk from bus lines that can take you to Malden Station or Wellington Station on the Orange Line, making it easy to explore the Boston area. Wrights Pond and hiking trails are all located within a short walk of the space, providing ample opportunities to enjoy the beautiful local wildlife and scenery. Please note that our studio apartment is located on the lower level of our home, and requires navigating a flight of stairs to access. Additionally, the loft area has a low ceiling, so you may not be able to stand up fully. We want to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable during their stay, so please keep these factors in mind when booking. It's also important to note that our upstairs apartment is home to a family with young children. While we make every effort to keep noise to a minimum, it's important to be aware that you may hear some noise during your stay. If you are a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.
