Thoughtfully renovated, beautifully equipped, and designed for togetherness, this is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to reconnect. The space Ron’s Landing was created to feel less like a vacation rental and more like a family lake home. Named in honor of our dad, who loved spending weekends at Clear Lake, this home reflects the slower pace and timeless traditions that have made this community special for generations. We thoughtfully renovated every space with one goal in mind: creating a place where families and friends can reconnect and enjoy time together. Located on a quiet private drive with beautiful lake views, the home offers plenty of room to gather while still providing cozy places to unwind. Inside you’ll find three bedrooms, two family rooms, a sitting room, a four-season sunroom overlooking the lake, a screened porch, an upstairs deck, and a spacious backyard with a fire pit. Whether you’re cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoying board games around the dining table, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, or ending the evening around the fireplace, Ron’s Landing was designed to help you enjoy the moments that matter most. Our kitchen includes a gas range, double ovens, cookware, spices, oils, and many of the everyday essentials that are often missing from vacation rentals. Throughout the home you’ll also find comfortable beds, quality linens, Sonos speakers, charging stations, games, smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Clear Lake offers something special in every season. Spend your days boating, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, cycling, shopping downtown, exploring local restaurants, visiting the Surf Ballroom, or simply taking a peaceful walk through the neighborhood before returning home to relax. One of the greatest compliments we receive is that guests say Ron’s Landing feels like staying at a family lake house rather than a rental. Guest access The entire home, except basement and garage. Other things to note • The home enjoys beautiful lake views but does not include direct lake access or a private dock. Public boat ramps, State Beach, and convenient lake access are only a few minutes away. • Parking is available in the driveway. Please note that parking is limited, as is common in many Clear Lake neighborhoods. • Ron’s Landing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask guests to respect our wonderful neighbors by observing quiet hours and treating the property as if it were their own. • For your convenience, you’ll find many everyday essentials already provided, including a well-stocked kitchen, spices, cooking oils, paper products, towels, linens, games, and more. • Two exterior security cameras monitor only the front and back entry doors for the security of our guests and property. There are no interior cameras or cameras overlooking guest living areas. • While we strive to provide everything needed for a relaxing stay, we’re always available should questions arise before or during your visit.
