Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. The space Relax on your own private porch and enjoy the quiet wooded surroundings in this secluded bungalow haven. From the porch, you will enter the large open-plan 1st floor. The light filled living/dining area is paneled in traditional bead-board, and opens to a generous kitchen with stone counter tops. Two equal size cathedral ceiling bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a split A/C on first floor and one in each bedroom for cool comfort in the Summer months. Hardwood floors are throughout, except in the tiled bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a private outdoor shower. This is a no smoking property. There's a Pet fee of $20/night/pet. Please check the Pet fee when booking. It is for 1 dog/wk, if bringing more than 1 dog, we will have to add the extra fee amount after you are booked. A signed pet agreement is required.
