Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. The space Original hardwood floors, Updated kitchen with stainless appliances, Smart TV in living and 1 bedroom, ceiling fans throughout, fast Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs, pet friendly (large backyard), washer and dryer, plenty of parking in driveway. Bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses, living area is quite large and has plenty of room for queen size air mattress (provided). Guest access Whole main level- living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining, outdoor spaces, etc. Upstairs and basement for owner storage. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood, yard has 6-foot wood fencing, completely private. Super close to RRVT for biking.
