Free parking on the property. Other things to note Please note it’s a smoking and pet free property. Those rules are strictly enforced and non negotiable due to safety reasons and severe allergies of some of our guests. The capacity is maximum 4 people, that includes children and babies. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, parties are not allowed both indoors or outdoors. We kindly ask to respect a quiet hours after 10pm. We respect our guests, and doing our best to provide not only comfort, but a clean environment. It is important for us to have enough time to properly clean and turn the place for the next guest, so we kindly ask our guests to check out no later than 11am. We are happy to allow late check-out or early check-in if there is such possibility. Please inquire about this prior to confirm.
