Located in a prime spot between Boston’s sought-after Back Bay and South End neighborhoods, it’s the perfect choice for travelers, students, or business visitors. Enjoy the ideal blend of affordability and comfort—our cozy rental is your home away from home at an exceptional price. The rental is located on the 2nd floor and has a private bathroom across the hall (not shared). You will need to leave the unit to access it. Both the rental and bathroom are secured with an access code, which will be provided exclusively to the guest staying in the unit. Please note, there is no elevator in the building. This fully furnished rental features a double bed, a table with two chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, two-burner stovetop, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. Located on the second floor, please note that the building does not have an elevator. Additional amenities include: Free wireless internet Direct satellite TV All stainless steel appliances Side street view Coin-op Laundry on the 4th floor of the building. Please note: Due to an extensive HVAC issues, our studios are being heater by space heaters until Winter 2025 There is an access code given to each tenant which is needed to enter the front door to the building. The unit & bathroom has a personal access code to enter. Parking: Parking is not provided at this location. We recommend using public transportation, as the Back Bay Station is just a short, 8-minute walk away. Please note that most street parking is reserved for residents. Our concierge team is available for calls and replies online, however Maverick Suites does not employ 24hr staff on site. After hours calls are directed to an emergency answering service. All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Approved requests will incur a fee based on the time requested. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional fee depending on the time the unit is vacated. As a self-service hotel with no on-site staff, we require all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and submit valid photo identification along with a selfie for verification prior to arrival. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please note: failure to provide a valid photo ID and matching selfie will result in denied access, and no refund will be issued. Service animals are welcome, provided proper documentation is submitted in advance. We understand guests may occasionally leave personal items behind. We hold any found belongings for 14 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated. If you would like your item returned, a $25 handling fee applies, in addition to a pre-paid shipping label that you must provide to ensure proper mailing and to cover staff time. What we provide: We supply all the basics to get you started: a complimentary roll of toilet paper and paper towel, travel-size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels. For longer stays, or if you prefer more frequent linen changes, we recommend bringing an extra set. A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee. • Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM Bordering the neighborhoods of the South End and Back Bay – Literally steps to the financial district, The Copley Mall, and Newbury Street where you will find some of the world’s finest shopping. Boston is widely known as a “walkable city” meaning you can get anywhere you need to go via foot. However, public transportation is not at a minimum at this location where you are close to both the Red Line at MGH, and the Green Line at Park Street. While walking through the streets of Beacon Hill, don’t be surprised if you stumble upon a tour group being lead by someone dressed in full colonial garb, this property is located on the Freedom Trail after all!
