Our 3 family home is located on Kennedy Boulevard East with an easy commute into the New York City/Times Square area via the Lincoln Tunnel as well as a 5 minute commute leading to various highways in New Jersey. We offer a lovely fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a direct and amazing view of New York City and the Hudson River. This apartment has its own entrance, meaning the entire second floor is private. We are elevated at cliff level with a wonderful running/walking path and relaxing parks right across the street from our home. Built in 1907 this charming apartment is the second and more recent of the apartment rentals in my 3 family home. New kitchen and additonal upgrades creates the peaceful environment we all look for in our home, especially after a stressful day. Specialties range from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, and Prenatal Massage, as well as Spa Treatments Our rental apartment is very comfortable and welcoming. We have furnished the apartment in a combination of light and warm tones with room to breath and good Feng Shui energy. The 4 main rooms (bedrooms, living room, and dedicated office space) each have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans with lighting in those rooms. The bathroom has a full shower and tub. The living room has a 42” flat screen TV and Wi-Fi is complimentary. Additionally, you can look forward to enjoying the exceptional view of NYC while unwinding in the living room at the end of a long day. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet and a second bedroom with a full size bed as well. The bedrooms are very cozy. The mattresses are firm and comfortable and hygiene is of the utmost importance. The dedicated office space has a desk and direct view of the city. A coin operated washer and dryer is located in the lower basement level for your convenience. You have a variety of dining options locally ranging from Italian, Mexican, Latin style, Cuban, Mediterranean, Indian and Deli style cafes. For those who prefer to dine in, the dining room seats six and is adjoined to a full kitchen with available cookware and tableware. Within walking distance you will find grocery stores and smaller local stores for food items as well as liquor stores. Buses and Commuter Vans run consistently throughout the day (as often as every 10 minutes) starting very early in the morning for working commuters as well as running late into the night for tourists and locals. A faster commute option which is only a short walk away is the NY Waterway Ferry system allowing you to ferry on the Hudson River to different parts of Manhattan in a matter of minutes as well as offering dramatic close up views of Manhattan. Once you arrive on the Manhattan side, the ferry ticket price includes a ferry bus ride to some areas of interest in New York City, or you could simply take a taxi. In the Autumn you can enjoy the beautiful foliage, the leaves change to amazing orange, red and yellow colors. In December, the Holiday decorations, especially in NYC is a must see!
