Waterfront 2nd story guest house on dredge cuts below Fort Peck Dam. Conveniently located with direct access to the water, you can enjoy swimming in a family friendly, designated swim area and tie your boat up to our private dock. We offer a large deck overlooking the lake, modern appliances, an outdoor grill, and all of the cooking utensils you'll need. Our guest house is located atop a detached garage that is not often used, so you won't have to worry about noise or privacy. The space The master bedroom has a Cal. king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed. An air mattress is also provided for additional guests. The Living room has bar, sofa, over sized chair, and a television with DVD player while the kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and radio. Very comfortable on warm days with central air conditioning and and heat for chilly nights. Other things to note This is a great place for fishing and water sports in the spring and summer, hunting in the fall, and winter ice fishing. Expansive view of the lake and easy access to the water means you can cool off on hot summer days or watch your tip-ups while ice fishing from the deck!
