New Relisted 1br Turtle Bay Condo!

Please understand that the pictures represent my simple humble place in paradise. Nothing has been updated recently but is always clean. Most everybody, including myself, loves my place. Rarely a guest, based on their review, expects a totally updated property with low price. Understand that the bed in the living room is a moderately expensive futon, which I often sleep on, it is not a high-end Hästens mattress. Rarely, small fixes come up which I can get somebody out there asap. There are three lawn chairs on the Lanai. The condo interior and the complex is not new. Because of a tropical climate rust can pop up unannounced.. but please let me know. Because of the climate, currently there are a couple spots that need paint touch-ups. Because Hawaii is a very tropical, humid, warm climate, there are critters and insects around often. As far as ants just make sure that there won't be any food left out. Just keep all food in the refrigerator and that will minimize what you will see.
