Terrific location for access to performing arts, museums, outdoor sports and all the dining, shopping & activities in the quaint, nearby village centers. Spacious, comfortable home and exceptionally well outfitted kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet & in a scenic, pleasant area to walk. Great home for short or long-term stay. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed, case-by-case. The space The interior of the house is attractively decorated, has beautiful hardwood floors and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with lots of counterspace. The downstairs has a living room with TV, dining room (table expands to seat 10), breakfast area and family room off kitchen, a nicely updated shower bathroom and also laundry area. Patio doors open from family room onto a large deck overlooking the backyard. Upstairs is one huge bedroom with queen bed and (2) single beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a full bed. There is another full bath with a tub/shower combination. Queen sleep sofa in living room and shower bath allow 1st floor living for those who would like to avoid stairs. Bedroom layout accommodates 2 families. There is a large, level backyard. The back deck is set up for relaxing and for al fresco dining and plenty of lawn games stored in the shed. Indoor and outdoor toys and games are provided. This is a single-family home; no one else living at the property. The entire house is yours to enjoy (except the basement and the garage that are reserved for the owners.) Entire driveway is for your use and parks 6-8 or even more cars in a pinch. You have private use of the front porch, back deck, front, rear and side yards. The shed houses lawn games, lawn chairs, a cooler, a cart for transporting things (e.g., to Tanglewood picnics). It may also be used for bike, ski and other sporting goods storage. This is a short-term rental property, so interior and closets not cluttered with owner-occupants' possessions. Other things to note LOCATION This is beautiful home is ultraconvenient to Lenox Center for dining, shopping, festivals and cultural centers there including Tanglewood and Shakespeare and Company. It is also central to many other popular activities and the natural beauty in the Berkshires. MAX. NO OF GUESTS This home can accommodate 10 people, 8 people in the 5 beds in the bedrooms, and 2 people on the queen size sleep sofa in the living room. PETS Dog(s) may be allowed with owner approval. Reach out with info about your dog(s) prior to booking, please. A $65 fee per dog will be due at the time of booking, after the dog(s) have been approved. PARKING Parking is off street in a private driveway. A/C There are AC units in the living room, family room and 2 of the bedrooms. There are also fans available. EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE We have a portable crib, high chair, booster seat, dog crate and air mattresses. Please request in advance if you need any of these. MIN NO OF NIGHTS If you’d like to book for fewer nights than the minimum on the platform, please message us to request owner approval. FUTURE BOOKINGS If you’d like to book further out than 6 months, on dates when the calendar has not been opened yet, please message us for owner approval. LONG-TERM BOOKINGS This property can be reserved for long-term bookings. Please reach out if you are interested in a long-term stay and we will provide the discounted rates if the property is available. KITCHEN We want our guests to easily enjoy preparing meals at home. Therefore, our homes have uncommonly well-stocked kitchens. Not just the things you’d expect like microwave, dishwasher, and basic dishes, but plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, flatware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and other tools and small appliances. CLEANING All of the properties we manage are impeccably clean. This house is cleaned with green products. GRILL This house has a gas grill. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer for your use. Detergents and supplies are provided.
