Designed with simple luxuries in mind and has everything you need for a short stay. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a basic meal. The unit is accessible by self-check-in via our smart lock. Its a 10 min trip to Mass General Hospital by car or Public Transportation and the walk is about 20 minutes. Ideal for Travel Nurses, Students + Long Stays The space This 1bed 1bath apartment is located on the first floor of a 20-unit apartment building. It's our largest 1bed apartment and has a newly re-done kitchen with new appliances. The full kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay and all the equipment and utensils for a basic meal. The apartment comes fully furnished including towels, linen, and bedding. It's located next to a large atrium for an office building and a dentist office so it's pretty quiet. At night you may hear traffic and other city noises, please see our disclaimer on city noise. Other things to note Unit is on the 1st floor. For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center. This is also noted in our House Rules. We want to kindly remind you that we are not responsible for any construction, street work, or other noise that may occur outside of the property during your stay. These activities are completely outside of our control, but we do our best to keep our guests informed whenever we are made aware of them in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
