Bradley Beach 5-BR w/ Pool and Jacuzzi

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful and private one family home. This home was newly built in 2021 and it is in impeccable conditions. This home is located in the heart of Neptune City, neighboring Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, and Bradley Beach. You will be blown away by all major dining options and the history you will find in its surrounding. Come enjoy what the Jersey Shore has to offer in this beautiful 5-bedroom remodeled home. This stay also includes 6 Beach passes. The space The pool is heated and newly built in 2023. Come stay with us and enjoy this oasis! Pool and Jacuzzi are available dates: April 15th- October 15th. The pool is 3 ft-6ft deep. Some of the pool rules include: swim at your own risk, no animals, and no food allowed inside. Enjoy a fully functioning outdoor BBQ with kitchen with pavilion to be accessible all year around. Jacuzzi Available: April 15- October 15th Sauna: Not open to public, only for personal (owners) use. Pool: is heated kept at 85 degrees. Jacuzzi is kept higher. Guest access Guest are welcome to access the entire home during your stay including heated pool and jacuzzi (summer dates, see above). The sauna is NOT and it only for owners use. We would love to host you and your family! Other things to note Includes 6 beach passes for this season, 4 beach chairs, one beach umbrella and towels. Pool and Jacuzzi Available: April 15th-October 15th. No Sauna Available to public. Rules include : Pool water should be kept full, up to the half of the skimmer. If waters is needed run the hose up to the half of the skimmer. Rules include: 1. No Pets in the pool, as it can rip the liner (can cause cost if liner is damaged) 2. Don’t touch the machinery, pool heater is set to 85 degrees. 3. Heater, cleaner, pump is scheduled, so no need to turn them on or off. 5. Maintenance to the pool is on Wednesdays. 6. Do not eat in or by the pool. 7. Monitor children at all times. 8. No jumping, No diving 9. Don’t leave anything in the pool when not in use. 10. Be safe and swim at your own risk Jacuzzi rules: Please close the jacuzzi when it is not in use. Do not touch the filter. Other items: 🌂 Close canopy, umbrellas and pergola when not in use it may cause damage to them if a storm comes (if damages it will be deducted cost depends on damage) 🚽 Bathrooms: don’t flush large amounts of paper or other sanitary things if Plummer needed (cost $300) ⚠️ Quiet hours for the town are 10 pm, you may use the pool after hours but just be mindful of loud music and noise disrupting neighbors. 🗑️ Garbage should be placed outside inside the garbage cans. Gray trash can for regular trash. Blue trash can for other recyclable items (glass, plastic, cans, paper, cardboard) notes: we have someone to take out the bins on assigned days. Towels, beach chairs, one umbrella provided for pool and beach 🏖 👞 be mindful to take off shows INSIDE the home. Enjoy your stay with us and treat our home as if it were yours.
