The basement bathroom has two sink areas with plenty of counter space. An additional short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The owner is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa. The space Modern and nautical, completely remodeled cottage within walking distance to town, the lake, and the Surf Ballroom. Many new restaurants in the Surf District area that are steps away. Guest access All of the cottage is available to you, other than locked storage/cleaning closets. The grill in front of the house is for your use, along with other guests on the property. Other things to note Bags/corn hull game, and other recreational equipment are available for your pleasure, at your own risk, on and off the property. On-street parking is available, and there may be one space of off-street parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis, which is to the right of the overhead garage door. The parking space in front of the garage door should not be used, as that is rented by a tenant. The house has an alarm system with a motion sensor and a temp sensor that are only activated when in AWAY mode and are not monitoring when occupied for a burglar alarm. Smoke detectors are monitoring the environment at all times. There are exterior cameras on the property doorbell and to give light to the walkway on the side of the front house.
