CORNHOLE Host provides cornhole boards and bags POOL Heated pool with raised hot tub Pool is set for 84 degrees and hot tub is set for 99 degrees. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Up against the fence near the house are the controls for hot tub and pool lights . During the winter time the hot tub can take up to an hour to heat up, please hit the spa button once which is located on the white fence. ***NO POOL USE AFTER 10PM VOLLEYBALL COURT There is a sand pit that is setup for volleyball games. Host provides volleyball. NO USE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. Two bottles are provided. KIDS/BOARD GAMES There is a a variety of kids/boards games around the house. Ask host for specifics if needed. BEACHTAGS & BEACH CHAIRS Host leaves 8 beach tags for Stone Harbor beaches and 8 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them** Guest access LOCKBOX The main entrance is the back patio door. You park on the South (right) side of home and enter through the back gate. There will be a lockbox. Please note cleaners change code after every guest.
