Comfortable Family Setting, Shared space includes Kitchen, One and half baths, Laundry Room, Deck, Picnic tables back yard, front yard. Nice private room in a house in a quiet neighborhood! Guest access Simple Amenities! Includes a kitchen: (Cooking limited due to Covid-19) to use for microwave meals, toaster oven, and coffee, shower (1.5 baths), a nice desk with high speed Internet, a Smart TV for Streaming! Use of washer dryer on premises! During your stay I don't mind socializing or if you need something, guidence or directions for the area I would be helpful. But let's balance socialization and Privacy! Other things to note I prefer that you read all materials in reference to the house and the rental! You will have a more comfortable and problem free stay! There will always be cleaning stuff in the hall closet upstairs, paper towels, spray cleaners, and extra toilet paper rolls.
