The space When you book I will ask what is your purpose for your stay? Comfortable Family Setting, Shared space includes Kitchen, One and half baths, Laundry Room, Deck, Picnic tables back yard, front yard. Nice private room in a house in a quiet neighborhood! Guest access Simple Amenities! Includes a kitchen: (Cooking limited due to Covid-19) to use for microwave meals, toaster oven, and coffee, shower (1.5 baths), a nice desk with high speed Internet, a Smart TV for Streaming! Use of washer dryer on premises! During your stay I don't mind socializing or if you need something, guidence or directions for the area I would be helpful. But let's balance socialization and Privacy! Other things to note I prefer that you read all materials in reference to the house and the rental! You will have a more comfortable and problem free stay! There will always be cleaning stuff in the hall closet upstairs, paper towels, spray cleaners, and extra toilet paper rolls.
