Enjoy New Orleans from this magnificent home just minutes from the French Quarter. This newly built house has a year-round heated pool, outdoor TV and dining table, double height living room ceilings, and chef's kitchen. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only. Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance. Swim at your own risk. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
