Comfortable seaside home w/privacy, yet convenient to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Fully air conditioned and heated. One week minimum in summer, Friday to Friday. The space If you aren’t on outside on deck enjoying the yard, garden or watching the waves from your beach, the living room is a great gathering space for games on the big dining table or to watch movies with plenty of seating. A full bath is on the first floor. The kitchen can seat six at a high top table and there’s still room for cooks in the kitchen. Fully loaded with everything from wine glasses to lobster pots. The second floor has 3 BRs: one queen in the Primary, one queen in the Yellow Room, and the Big Room has five twin beds and a view from Vineyard Haven to Cape Cod from the massive picture window. Upstairs is another full bathroom. Outdoor shower, hammock, and various seating and dining areas to take in the views are outside. Beach gear in the garage. Guest access You are welcome to use all of household toys/gear/kitchen equipment and to take full advantage of the beautiful 1.25 acre yard and private, pebbly beach. Outdoor grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, indoor and outdoor toys/games, boogie & skim boards, water shoes and sand pails. Includes full kitchen, blender, microwave, wine glasses, dishes, flatware, lobster pot, coolers, totes. Other things to note Please be sure to note the number of guests in your booking. We will arrange for sheets/towel rentals which will be delivered on arrival day and picked up from the house on departure day. Beach towels are available in the basket by washer. Please wash and return to store clean and folded. This is a residential neighborhood of classic MV summer homes and we do not rent to party groups. Helping you make great memories is our priority. Please ask questions. Lastly, we do have stairs that are dangerous for small children 1-5. Our railing is open - please look at kitchen photos. You assume all risk.
