We are exactly one mile to the beach or boardwalk which is a 19 minute walk/ 5 minute bike ride. A 10 minute walk to playground, skate park, tennis /basketball courts, the ACME supermarket, CVS and other shops. We have a garage full of beach cruisers, bike trailers for beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and whatever you want to bring. There is ample parking, outside shower, two inside showers, bath, air conditioners in all rooms. Across the street you can rent a boat and go crabbing. The space Lounge on the deck and look at the bay and egrets feeding... the house is where my 5 children have grown up and stayed their summers in so it is a family style place but if you love relaxing and grilling some food and just plain kicking it, well, then it is for you. A guest told me the place is much larger then it looks from the photos so I need to re-take photos but to give you an idea it is almost 2250 square feet. The outside deck is 25 x 20 the upstairs bedrooms are very big as well but look small from photos. Guest access It is easy to bike around the island and we provide plenty of bikes. Lots of parking -- we have a driveway. Other things to note 21 years of age and older preferred.
