It has an east-facing window overlooking the patio and side of Mt. Jumbo. It has its own private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, a 4K UHD 55” Toshiba TV with YouTube TV and Netflix logged in, 2 large closets. – Room 3: Located on the 2nd floor, this room has a queen-size bed and shares a common bathroom. It has a window overlooking the front yard and a small closet. – Room 4: Similar to room 3, this room is located on the 2nd floor, has a full-size bed and shares a common bathroom. It has a window overlooking the front yard and a small closet. Uber is viable option for getting around Missoula but exploring much beyond the city will require a vehicle. Important Property Notes: -There is only parking for 1 vehicle in garage and 2 cars in driveway (if a large vehicle only one in the driveway). There is no on-street parking in front of the home because there is a dedicated bike lane. Overflow parking is a few blocks away. Pulling a trailer on RV is not recommended at this property. -This home is a strict no pets property so we can accommodate those who have allergies. Any unapproved pets brought into the home will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee for the added costs.
