The "Lily Pad" Boatel Houseboat

This cozy Boatel Yacht called the Lily Pad is a beautiful getaway. This spacious 2 Bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. The Lily Pad sits right in the harbor. The beautiful views of the hillside and marina is sure to bring you a relaxing getaway. There are free kayak rentals included, a beach within walking distance, and plenty of fish to be caught. It has accommodations for 4 people comfortably. Kitchen Galley, living area, dining room, queen size bed and 2 single beds. The space This is a boatel and has a private room with Queen size bed that sits higher and is most comfortable. There is a step stool if need. Also, downstairs it has 2 single beds especially perfect for the kids. The lower beds are in a crawl like space and perfect for anyone wanting the full experience of staying on a houseboat. You will need to wind down the stairs and duck into the little nook to enjoy a restful sleep on the water. Kids love this area. One bathroom with shower, but we offer a full state of art bath house for your convenience. The kitchen has a stove and oven original to the boat, but its not in working order. However, we do have everything you will need: microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and hot plate. Full fridge/freezer and grill are there for your needs. The "Lily Pad" is located on "A" Dock, which is the first dock in our marina. She sits on the water. The best way to get to her is to drive down the road and park on left side by ramp. When entering the boat, there is a staircase and narrow step into sliding door...from there is complete paradise.
