**NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible! The space The house sleeps 12 people comfortably. This three story home includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Upon entry, the ground level consists of one bedroom with queen bed with attached full bathroom. A full size crib is also in this room. Please note while there is a window it is a lower level bedroom so no views. You may hear the hum of the pool pump. There is also a two-car garage with access to the beach equipment, beach toys, and ping-pong table. A propane BBQ grill is also available outside the garage. The second floor is the main living space. Upon coming up the stairs, a large living room with bright open windows awaits. Perfect for game night or enjoying a movie on the big screen Smart TV. A powder room and games closet is also on this floor. The well-equipped kitchen will satisfy all cooking needs. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining with two sets of sliding doors from the kitchen and bar area. The porch swing is an idyllic place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or sip a drink at the end of a relaxing day at the beach. There is a cozy den for watching TV or relaxing. Lastly, the glass enclosed bar room is a perfect entertaining place to enjoy the year-round amazing views. The primary and two additional bedrooms are located on the third floor. All bedrooms are on the bayside with unobstructed water views, fall asleep to the lull of the waves and wake up to another beautiful day at the beach. The first room has a queen bed with sliding door access to the exterior deck. The second room has two bunk beds. The primary suite consists of a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Twin size and queen size air mattresses are also available. There is an updated hallway bathroom with tub and shower combination, glass shower enclosure, and washer/dryer. Please check out our nearby sister property! Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps along the revetment wall. Don't feel like getting sandy at the beach? The indoor pool area is the grand feature of this property. The Viking in-ground saltwater pool is heated and equipped with a 360-degree water slide. An all-glass Libart enclosure with retractable roof allows for use of the pool in all weather conditions, it opens easily for sunny days or can be closed when it rains or snows. This property is available for year round rental, with full use of the pool during all seasons. Please note: only the pool is heated, the glass enclosure itself is not heated. In the colder months the enclosure will get warm due greenhouse effect on sunny days but may get chilly in the evening. TIP: bring a bath robe to travel between the pool and house in the colder months! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: bring your own linens, sheets, pillow cases, toiletries, towels, and beach towels. You can also rent linens from local companies that will deliver to the house prior to arrival. Owner provides pillows and blankets. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Starter pack of dishwasher and laundry pods, and trash bags are also provided. Smart TVs at the house. Sign in with your account to view. The Roku TVs also have a Live TV lineup. You will be asked to sign a Pool Waiver form prior to checking in. If the form is not signed and returned to owner prior to check in, you will not be able to use the pool for liability reasons. NO PARTIES or large gatherings permitted. We have wonderful neighbors who live full time in Villas. Please be respectful of noise levels. NO commercial filming or photography allowed. Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, as per Airbnb ground rules.
