A spacious lakehouse home in Northern Iowa offering an exceptional view and private boat dock on Clear Lake. This five bedroom and five bathroom home will accommodate guests needs with its serene setting, waterfront activities, and quaint town of Clear Lake, Iowa. Our home on the lake offers spacious rooms and views for all who capture the lake life. We have accommodations for up to 14 people who are looking to admire the lake and explore the beautiful town of Clear Lake. With 5 bedrooms, you'll be sure to fall in love to the setting each one has to offer. Our sleeping arrangements are: 1 king bed, 1 twin bed with option of trundle underneath, a Flexsteel pull out convertible couch-to-bed in full size, a full size bed, and a room that screams "Go Hawks" with two full beds (set up as bunks). You'll be sure to be nestled to bed quickly by the comfy beds and awakening to the sunny calm waters in the morning. Guests are to park in designated parking areas. These are as followed: two car parking garage, three car limit driveway parking, or straight across the street on the North end of street (this parking if free but served on a first come first serve basis). *During holidays and heavily trafficked weekends, the North end street parking can fill up fast. Myself and my husband are readily available to accommodate our guests stay so they can enjoy our home to the fullest!
