The Salt Marsh at Sunrise Beach

Welcome to The Salt Marsh, a charming beachside retreat. Located a short walk (0.3 miles) from Sunrise Beach, restaurants, shopping and parks. This home was fully renovated in 2022! Enjoy the views of the Bass River and Marsh from the sun room. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. One level living, spacious open-concept floor plan. House is on stilts, so climbing of stairs is required to enter/exit. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. The space Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed with primary bath and sun room Bedroom 2: queen bed Bedroom 3: Kids Quarters - 2 twin beds and 2 full beds, kids table, toys and books. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note 0.3 mile walk to the beach. We do have one beach cruiser available as well as a beach wagon which can be used for beach items or children (2+). We offer spare towels and extra beach toys as well!
