Enjoy all that beautiful historic Cape May has to offer! Beautiful newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath home walking distance to the beach and close to downtown Cape May. Large deck for dining al fresco. Beach box ON the beach so you don't have to carry all your chairs and umbrellas! 4 Adults Maximum. Minimum age for rental is 25 years old- must send proof of age. Thanks! PLEASE NOTE: FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS The space The unit sleeps five (unless only adults, then sleeps 4) with a master bedroom with a queen size bed and an additional bedrooms with a two full beds and a twin top bunk. Updates this year: full bath renovated, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new beds, all new mattresses, new living room furniture, fresh paint, all new pots/pans and cooking utensils, new washer/dryer tower, and new kitchen appliances. The living room has a SmartTV, comfortable seating and board games for entertainment. A six person outdoor dining set on the deck, grill and outdoor shower complete the outdoor space. Central air, dishwasher, board games, beach chairs and umbrella are provided in a beach box on Trenton beach. Guest access We are blocks from the Trenton Avenue beach entrance, which has public bathrooms and and an outside shower to rinse off, and a mile from the Washington Street Mall (center of town). This is a great block in Village Green, a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy the quiet quaint neighborhood, yet be close to all Cape May has to offer. Walk (10 min), bike (2 min), or drive to beach. Plenty of free parking one block away from the beach. We have a beach box on Trenton beach with chairs and an umbrella. Other things to note Please note, as is customary in Cape May, tenants must bring, their own bed sheets, bath and beach towels (you can search Cape May linen rentals to find a local supplier if you wish to rent). Central air, Weber grill, dishwasher, board games, beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Garbage and recycling is the responsibility of the renter.
