Private Beach!

Private Beach Dream vacation! No dealing with big crowds and parking fees to be at the beach! Step out to a sandy beach right in front of the comfort of your beautiful Coastal House. When you are on vacation you want to feel in paradise and that is how you will feel at this house! The house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen and living room that walks out to an amazing water view deck and parking for 2 cars. I forgot to mention the most incredible sunsets ever! The space The Beach House is on a spot that is truly a paradise! No other property like this one to rent on Cape Ann! Can you imagine yourself starting your morning coffee in a peaceful Beach listening to the crush of the wave and the birds singing!!! After swimming or kayaking have lunch and grill right on the beach. Relax or play games with your family on the Sandy beach and make amazing memories! In the evening get ready to see the most spectacular sunsets ever while enjoying dinner on your deck. Nothing like long summer days to ended with a fire on the beach! The house is very comfortable, every space is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, super clean and most of the rooms have ocean views. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom two twins and the third bedroom is a full size bunk bed and large twin on top. The master and second bedrooms are upstairs and the third bedroom on the main level. Every bed and pillow have a mattress /pillow case protects for bed bug/water proof to ensure the max of sanitation and cleanliness conditions. Amazing ocean views right from your living room that walk out to a nice deck where you can relax and enjoy meals with a breathtaking ocean view that is going to make you feel right on top of the ocean. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with amazing ocean views from the dining area. The beach is fully equipped with umbrellas, launch chairs, beach chairs, fire pit, gas grill and a dining table and chairs. Also 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Life jacket provided. Guests will have 2 parking spaces available on the driveway. This beach house is a dream beach vacation in Gloucester! I will also host your wedding or special event on this private beach! Guest access Guest will have use of the private beach with plenty of seating and umbrellas. The owner will use the beach as well. Swimming and hanging out at the beach will be at your own risk since there will not be a lifeguard on duty. Each Guest needs to sign a waiver to use the beach and kayaks. This is not a place for family and friends to gather, it is strictly for the guests on the registration that stay in the house. Other things to note The private beach will be shared with the owners who live next door. But owner let the guest always be by themselves and respects guest privacy. The owner leave next door to the Beach House but always respect the privacy of guest. Owner allows events like weddings, birthday parties, photo shooting, etc. but needs to be approved by the owner. This will be subject to a fee and rules for the event and a separate contract. Only two cars are allowed to park on the property, if there are more than two cars they will instantly be towed at owner’s expense. Absolutely no pets allowed on the premises! Absolutely no guests are allowed on property unless registered to stay on the premises.
