The space The living room, fully equipped and stocked kitchen and half bath/laundry are located on the first floor and the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. We have a 65 inch HD curved smart TV in the living room as well as smart TVs in both bedrooms and super fast (up to 1 gigabyte), reliable wifi for all of your technological needs. Clever Trevor just added a Sonos ARC soundbar for surround sound and music. The new for 2023 custom sectional sleeper couch pulls out to be a queen size bed, and we also have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests. The living room opens up to a huge 20' x 15' covered lanai with two ceiling fans, lights a dining table that seats 6, and plenty of seating. The lush landscaping makes it feel like you are in your own private tropical oasis and we even have a hot water outdoor shower to rinse in after a day at the beach or a surf session. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, and a wagon for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a new for 2023 king size bed and full bathroom with a shower. From the bed you have a view of palm trees swaying in the breeze just past your private lanai, and a peek of the ocean from the windows. Enjoy cocktails at sunset from the comfort of your outdoor sectional sofa on the second huge 20' x 15' lanai or just lounge in the midday sun with your favorite book. With ocean views and the shade of the coconut trees, this lanai is quite possibly the best spot in the house. Clever Trevor loves to leave the window facing the ocean open at night to be soothed to sleep by the sound of gently crashing waves. The guest room is also outfitted with a king size bed and also boasts peek ocean views from both windows. Wake up with the sun as it comes over the mountains or maybe choose to close the blackout blinds for a peaceful morning of sleep. All of our doors and windows are double paned and sound proof so you will never have to worry about road noise or other disturbances. The guest bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower and is located in the hallway outside of the guest bedroom. Though Lahaina town was deeply affected by the August 2023 fire and some of our community townhomes and our historic clubhouse did burn, the gated community of Puamana offers a tranquil escape where you can spend your days captivated by the ocean 200 feet from your door. Whether you seek adventure on the water or a peaceful spot to relax, this updated townhome invites you to enjoy the best of Maui's coastal living. Owner Clever Trevor has lived here for much of the time since the fire and it's as charming as ever. As of April 2025, the Dolphin Pool that is closest to our property is open and the Ocean Pool and nearby fountain is being restored. The tennis and pickleball courts are open, and Puamana's grounds are available for your enjoyment. The ocean and the surf break within Puamana's gated community are always open and there are plenty of restaurants, golf courses, and other things to do nearby and elsewhere on Maui. Maui County is considering a "phase out" of some vacation rentals at the beginning of 2029. This property will not be affected if the phaseout passes and Clever Trevor plans to continue hosting guests here until the end of time. Guest access Guests have ocean and sandy beach access with surf breaks directly in front of the property and visible from the condo. You're welcome to enjoy Puamana's grounds and the sunset is a big deal here. I like to watch from our second floor lanai or grab a beach chair and take a cocktail with me on the short walk down to the sand. Other things to note Owner/manager Clever Trevor, a recently retired city of Reno firefighter, purchased this townhome in June 2022.
