The garage and enter way are at the bottom level. Kitchen, living room and dinning room with a half bath is on the middle level and of course master bed with master bath, guest room with guest bath and laundry room is on the top level! This beautiful townhome offers a king and queen beds and we also provide a queen blow up mattress so that everyone can sleep comfortably! We offer a stocked pantry, coffee for the Keurig, laundry detergent, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus on us! We hope that offering even these small things you can sit and relax for a bit until you make it out around town! One of the biggest perks when it comes to booking with us is that both my husband and I clean our airbnbs! We hold a very high standard for cleanliness and always want our guests to have a clean, safe and quiet place to stay! Every item that can be washed after someone checks out, will definitely be washed! (wether it was touched by the previous guest or not) Who doesn’t love a fresh clean smell!! Since this is built in the northwest part of Ankeny that is just now up and coming, you will enjoy endless hours of peace and quiet but of course only being a few minutes away from the major store and attractions! Being on this side of Ankeny allows you to be close to Adventureland and of course down town Des Moines because this town house is only a 5 min drive to the interstate to get you everywhere! We love pets! But please be mindful to put your pet on your reservation before you book since we have a $100 pet fee! This townhouse has no patio or backyard so please leash your pets when you go outside! Please note that this is a 3 story townhouse! The second level is a living space with only a half bath and the beds, other bathrooms and laundry are upstairs on the third level. The plus to booking with us is that we are the ones that clean the townhome and do our VERY BEST to clean all the pet hair we see!
