Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, 55" Fire TV with separate surround sound, bathroom and closet. Room 2: Second bedroom with king bed Adjacent hallway bathroom. Room 3: Large downstairs bedroom/living room suite with separate kitchenette, queen bed, 55" TV, refrigerator, and separate outside porch. We also have a large charcoal smoker/grill available. Other things to note Our lake house is only 5 minutes away from Keowee Marina and the Tiki Hut, Publix, Ingles, Subway, Applebee’s, Seneca Cinemas and much more. We are 5 minutes from downtown Seneca, SC and less than 15 minutes from Clemson. We have one exterior camera mounted on a pole outside that faces away from the house towards the driveway and street so we can know when our housekeepers arrive and leave. There is room for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway and on street parking is not allowed.
