We are well-stocked with all beach gear you need and have 2 car parking. Up one flight of stairs you will enter a beautiful villa with fresh paint, designer furnishings, granite counters, and stainless appliances including a wine fridge. You will have plenty of space to relax in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, whether you're traveling as a family, multiple families, or a friends getaway. Two bedrooms are on the main level with two large bathrooms, the upstairs loft is a wonderful open space for sleep, play or working, should you need to WFH (work from Hawaii). From the loft, you get gorgeous views of Mauna Kea. The master suite features a King bed, a flatscreen smart TV, and a 5-piece ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and is near the main bathroom. The loft features two twin-over-queen bunks with extensive open space to relax. The dining room features a dining table with seating for six, in addition to the two bar stools at the counter. The living room features plenty of sofa seating for the entire family, with modern decor, and a large flatscreen connected to Apple TV with access to YouTubeTV, as well as all of your favorite streaming services. High-speed internet is strong and can handle multiple devices streaming and running at once. The community pool and hot tub offer tons of space to spread out and enjoy some downtime. There is also a well-appointed gym available for guest use. There are two driveway spaces assigned to the unit for plenty of parking for larger parties.
