Lagoon life, with private dock and firepit

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The space The house is newly renovated. It has a beach cottage charm coupled with modern day amenities. All the furniture, equipment and supplies are new. As nice as the inside is however, outside is the real star of the show....enjoy eating or just chilling on the deck, sleeping in the hammock or gathering around the firepit while looking over the lagoon. For food you can stay in and put the fully functional kitchen to use or fire up the BBQ. Alternatively, you can take a ride to one of the fine local restaurants.....just remember to reserve a table. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space except for a couple of locked closets, where the owners keep their personal items. Other things to note Reminder: from the last week of June to Labor Day weekend, there is a 4-night minimum stay requirement for this property. The beaches of Long Beach Island (LBI) are a 20-minute ride, or you can take the scenic ferry ride over. There are 8 beach badges for Harvey Cedars beach (on LBI) available for your use. They are hanging inside the front door. Note: If you lose a badge, you can replace it at a cost of $50, or it will cost you $75 if we have to replace. There is only 1 TV in the house.....get out and enjoy life. Linens and towels are included in the price.
