The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family. We are centrally located in Seaside Heights. Everything within walking distance: boardwalk, beach, amusement rides, convenience store, supermarket, restaurants, movies on the beach, summer concert series, miniature golf and bars. (Some activities are available only during summer season) Located close by the beach. No need to drag your beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, etc) a long distance to the beach. Some beach essentials may also be available for rent at the beach. One parking permit good for street parking near the property. No need to drive to do any activities in Seaside Heights. Just park your car and start relaxing for your vacation with no worries. Or if you like, you can park your car with the permit at many locations in Seaside Heights without having to pay for meter parking. ***Please DO NOT park with the Tag / permit at: 1. Ocean Terrace 2. Any street end off of Ocean Terrace (beach block) 3. Any Metered Parking Lot (Grant Ave) 4. Any handicap parking space. 5. Any purple heart parking space. These areas are not covered and will be ticketed. Please also follow local parking rules. You are required to pay for any summons issued at your own expense. If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info. We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use. This is an older house that has been recently rebuild. There may be potential for noise between units. Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation.
