Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home mid-cape, south of route 28. Recently renovated with all new furnishings, you won’t need anything other than your toiletries and beach towels. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to an ever-changing marsh where you will hear and see many species of birds, you are still within 2 miles of the fabulous Craigville and Covell beaches. A beach parking permit is included allowing you access to Barnstable beaches. This is a newly renovated ranch style house with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Main bathroom has shower/toilet/vanity. There is a bright, sunny living room/dining area/kitchen. The kitchen island seats two, and the dining table seats six. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, and a full sized stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Slider leads to back deck. Hardwood floors throughout the home. Large flat panel tvs in living room and two queen bedrooms. Backyard includes a gas grill, fire pit, patio and dining set. Washer/dryer in basement is available . Quiet street/neighborhood with off street parking for 3 cars in driveway Available to guests at any time. Quiet walkable neighborhood. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to an ever-changing marsh where you will hear and see many species of birds, you are still within 2 miles of the fabulous Craigville and Covell beaches. A beach parking permit is included in the rental fee allowing you access to all beaches in Barnstable county. Besides the beautiful beaches, grocery stores and restaurants, a seafood market, and Four Seas Ice Cream are all very close by. There are walking trails nearby to take advantage of nature. A short drive takes you to Hyannis, home of the JFK museum, Hyannis Harbor - where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard or to waterside restaurants. You’ll also find shopping, restaurants and specialty shops on Main Street in Hyannis. Take in a baseball game at McKeon park to see Cape League baseball. Or jump on a P&B bus and take a trip to Boston for the day. You’ll find the Cape Cod Mall with department stores as well as a number of restaurants. It’s an easy drive to other parts of the cape as well. There is a lovely deck with a gas grill in the private back yard with a patio table and chairs. Off street parking is available.
