Twin Shore Home in Village Green

For the Summer of 2026 we are booking full weeks only with Sunday check-in/out. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we only will accept full week rentals with Sunday check-in and check-out. Welcome to our beach house. The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The section of Cape May the home is in is called Village Green which was built in the early to mid 1970s. The home is a "twin" as are the majority of homes in the neighborhood. The space For the 2026 summer season, we do not provide linens to our renters in the advertised price. If linens are needed we can make arrangements with a local linen service for an additional price. The dates that linens are not provided is 05/24/26 - 9/06/26. During these dates we also only accept 7 day rentals from Sunday to Sunday. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home except for one closet in the master bedroom and the closet on the porch. Entry into the home is by an electronic door lock. I will email / text you your code prior to your visit. It will become active at 3PM the day of your arrival and deactivate at 10AM on the day of your departure. If you need to get in early or out later ask and I will do what I can if no one is there before or after you. Other things to note Included in your stay is access to 3 adult bicycles and a trailer for transporting equipment to the beach. Bicycle locks are included and need to be used or they will get stolen. If they are stolen you are responsible for reimbursement for the bikes.
