If you need something specific, just ask! • Outdoor Relaxation: Unwind by the propane fire pit or the wood-burning fire pit in the backyard. The outdoor space also features a Weber Performer Deluxe charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, a newly added back patio, and additional outdoor seating. • Comfort & Entertainment: Relax in the cozy living room with a 64” smart TV, and for your comfort, we’ve added a portable air conditioning unit in the living/dining room and a window unit in the upstairs hallway. We’re here to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, striving to make this a five-star stay for you. Guest access The entire home and gated yard are yours to enjoy. You will receive the front door smart lock code prior to your arrival for an easy self check-in any time day or night. Occasionally it snows and guests may arrive to see snow covering the sidewalk. We provide a shovel located on the front porch for your use during your stay. We are also happy to have the snow shoveled in advance for a fee of $60. We just need advanced notice to set that up for you. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is promptly at 10am. Because of the size of the house, we need the full 10am-4pm to have ample time to clean and get ready for our next guests. Other things to note We welcome well-behaved, well-trained dogs (maximum of 2). A non-refundable fee of $100 for up to 2 dogs applies for the duration of your stay. Please notify us in advance to adjust your booking. No cats or other animals allowed. For special requests, feel free to reach out, and we will consider them. * This is a strict no-smoking property.
