The space In order to respect our neighbors and limit the noise, this property has a STRICT no party/no large gathering rule. If you are booking this property to host a party or large gathering...PLEASE DON'T! You will be asked to leave with NO REFUND returned. Please note: There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside home. An additional $250 will be charged if guest disregard our smoking policy. All units offer a designated smoking area in rear of property. Other things to note The following additional charges apply to early check-in and late check-out, assuming we can offer this at all. We often can't so please NEVER assume this will be allowed. Early and late check in/out must be approved! 1 hour or less early arrival or late departure: $50 1-2 hour early arrival/late departure: $100 2-3 hour early arrival /late departure: $200 These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage early arrivals/ late checkouts since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to our next guest's arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increases the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
