The large air-conditioned upstairs has skylights & a full bathroom, kitchen is downstairs. Equipped with washer/dryer. 7 min walk/2 min. drive to Sagamore beach. No parking at beach. I am happy to drop you off if I’m around. Across the street playground & tennis courts. Close to cape cod canal for biking & Rt. 3 for bus/train. The space Unit comes equipped with: 1 queen bed plus 1 twin size daybed and 1 twin size trundle bed TV/Internet Desk and desk lamp Books & Games Adult Bikes Full bathroom with shower Washer & Dryer Downstairs Galley Kitchen provides: Full refrigerator Electric range (no oven) Coffee Pot (Keurig) and pods Blender Beach chairs/trolley/toys Beach towels Toaster Microwave Xtra charger cords and charging ports Private patio dining area for 4 with grill and grill tools Walk in closet behind bathroom Extra folding chairs Note: stairway is narrow Guest access You will have the whole studio apartment and galley kitchen plus outside patio and grill area available for your private use. The backyard is in the process of being landscaped due to Poison Ivy. Other things to note Note: About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination, unless health and safety becomes an issue. I suffer from severe pet allergies that cause asthma and this is our primary living space when not hosting guests. There is a small fee for each additional guest over 2 guests per stay, since I have to pay extra for turnover service.
